مدیرعامل سازمان عمران و توسعه رضوی: سازمان به عنوان "نهاد توسعه گر" ایفاء نقش خواهد کرد

مدیرعامل سازمان عمران و توسعه رضوی گفت:
سازمان به عنوان "نهاد توسعه گر" ایفاء نقش خواهد کرد.
اولین جلسه کمیته "پروژه های محرک توسعه"، با حضور مدیرعامل سازمان و دیگر اعضا کمیته برگزار شد.
مهندس اکبریان در ابتدای جلسه مأموریت این کمیته را شناسایی و طراحی پروژه های محرک توسعه در حوزه موقوفات رضوی اعلام کرد و افزود: شناسایی و مطالعات پروژه های محرک توسعه با هدف ارتقاء سطح زندگی مردم در تمامی ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اعتقادی در چارچوب دستورات تولیت معزز آستان قدس رضوی انجام خواهد شد.
مدیرعامل سازمان، دستگاه های دولتی، خیرین و سرمایه گذاران و از همه مهمتر مردم را اضلاع مختلف یک مثلث برای انجام پروزه های محرک توسعه عنوان کرد و گفت: آستان قدس رضوی در حقیقت عامل هماهنگ کننده این 3 ضلع خواهد بود تا بتوان از این طریق خدمات گسترده ای را در جهت رفع محرومیت و توسعه رفاه اجتماعی ارائه نماییم.
در ادامه مهندس اکبریان مطالعات و امکان سنجی پروژه های محرک توسعه را نقطه شروع این پروژه ها دانست و اذعان داشت باید در راستای سیاست های معاونت املاک و اراضی آستان قدس رضوی و با استفاده از ظرفیت مجموعه آستان قدس رضوی نسبت به اجرای این پروژه ها اقدام نمود. این پروژه ها باید به گونه ای مطالعه و طراحی شوند که اهدافی همچون رونق اقتصادی منطقه، ایجاد ارزش افزوده برای اراضی مورد نظر، رعایت حفظ حقوقات موقوفه و کمک به ارتقاء میزان مشارکت اجتماعی مردم را منطقه را پوشش دهد.
ایشان در پایان ضمن تعیین وظایف اعضاء کمیته جهت پیشبرد مأموریت های محوله، با توجه به دستور قائم مقام محترم آستان قدس رضوی و رییس هیأت مدیره سازمان، کمیته پروژه های محرک توسعه را موظف به تدوین "نقشه راه بازسازی حاشیه شهر مشهد" با مشارکت و دعوت از نمایندگان معاونت املاک و اراضی آستان قدس رضوی، معاونت محرومیت زدایی آستان قدس رضوی، سازمان فرهنگی آستان قدس رضوی، مهندسین مشاور و مدیریت امور استان های آستان قدس رضوی تا 10 اردیبهشت جهت ارائه آن به هیأت مدیره سازمان عمران و توسعه رضوی نمود.
